IPADE Executive Program

The IPADE Executive Program is a Berkeley Executive Education program conducted for El Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE Business School) of Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Mexico City, Mexico as part of their EMBA course. Participants are working towards their Executive MBA with IPADE while generally working full time. The participants are generally early to mid-career managers with experience ranging across many sectors of the Mexican economy, including Banking, Telecommunications, Oil and Gas, Technology, Manufacturing, Transportation, Insurance, Health Care and Government. All participants have achieved at least a BA/BS, and some have advanced technical degrees. Key Learning Objectives: • Provide participants with frameworks for corporate innovation. • Provide participants with frameworks for entrepreneurship. • Specific focus the Silicon Valley model of innovation. • Provide firsthand lessons learned from top innovators in the region via two days of site visits in Silicon Valley. • Provide insight into perspectives in innovation & entrepreneurship via guest speakers
