Led by Professor Homa Bahrami and joined by other Berkeley Haas faculty, this leadership development training program highlights the following objectives: - Hone one’s personal leadership style and adaptive leadership skills to continue leading at a high level through uncertainty and change - Strengthen leadership’ communications, influencing, and collaboration skills to lead effectively across organizational bounds - Provide a safe, professional space to collaborate and practice techniques to tackle difficult conversations and constructive debate - Develop a personal leadership toolbox to reference and utilize going forward
