Inclusive Leadership Strategies for Success

The HPE WILL Program is a 3 month learning journey, beginning with 2 days in-person in Houston. The morning session will focus on the approximately 15 female leaders who participated in past WILL programs. The afternoon session will also include approximately 15 top talent leaders from the Houston site, mixed gender. Program Learning Objectives: • Explore your lived experiences and how they shaped you • Reflect on aspects of power and privilege, areas in which you have more and less so, and how both affect your leadership story
