This program is designed to strengthen your understanding of tools, frameworks, and strategies that can help you lead complex projects more successfully. It is important to gain a deeper understanding of project planning and execution, which is often accompanied by challenges and setbacks. When leading complex projects, different types of complexities may arise within the projects, starting from their structure and scope to their changing nature along with the power and political dynamics within the project team and in the wider stakeholder communities. Therefore, this program will provide you with the real-world tools that will enable practical decision-making and value creation for your business. This will prepare you to become an intelligent decision maker while leading complex projects. Your learning journey is distributed across sixteen weeks. The first week will kick off with a live session, where you will get familiar with the program structure and the learning platform. You will learn from our distinguished faculty with expertise in project management and leadership, as well as notable guest speakers with extensive experiences leading complex projects in different industries. In addition to the practical knowledge that you’ll gain from the video lectures, you’ll learn from the virtual, live sessions with the faculty and from peer discussions, case studies, assignments, and quizzes. At the end of the virtual program, you will complete a Capstone project, creating a strategy to navigate the structural, emergent, and sociopolitical complexities of your project.  In this program, you will: - Apply tools, frameworks, and strategies to manage traditional and complex projects. - Evaluate and monitor performance in complex projects to achieve business objectives. - Implement strategic project planning and risk management methodologies to navigate uncertainty and change. - Leverage adaptive leadership in complex projects to drive innovation. - Build cohesive teams to improve performance and decision-making in complex projects.
