This academic journey for leaders at NVIDIA will serve to equip, motivate, and inspire to action. Over 5 months, participants will meet virtually on a bi-weekly basis to create the opportunity for senior leaders at NVIDIA to participate in a learning journey that will “move the needle” for them, enabling them to gain greater visibility, connect with sponsors and have more opportunities within the organization.
The program includes:
• Integration of NVIDIA specific content, values and cultural alignment
• Individual focus and accountability with 1:1 coaching and Individual Development Plans
• Manager involvement and support, on IDP and new opportunities
• Visibility to leadership, ideally with new relationships and sponsors
• Practical, relevant real time tools and learnings
The program will kick off with two focus areas:
• Participants - the participants will take part in a one hour orientation. The orientation will serve to set expectations and share details about the program It will also discuss pre-work and introduce the Business Opportunity project.
• Managers/sponsors of participants – Managers and/or sponsors of participants in the program will take part in a 90 minute session on Inclusive Leadership. The session will also provide the executive summary of the program and how the manager can support their leaders in the program
