2025 Micron Leadership Accelerator Program

The program is focused on developing globally minded, inclusive people leaders who possess the foresight, agility, and tenacity to lead a global organization and develop modern, digital first leaders who are change agents. The core program themes are – Leading Self, Leading the (Global) Organization, and Leading (Inclusive) Teams.

The objective of the leadership program would be to offer an expansive and results-driven development opportunity to sharpen and deepen the readiness of Micron’s executive bench-strength. Our mission is to co-create a Leadership Accelerator program that equips and inspires Micron’s leaders of the future.
