Alnylam Athena Project Women's Leadership Program

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals welcomes leaders to The Athena Project Women’s Leadership Program. Our academic journey for female leaders will serve to equip, motivate, and inspire you to take action, and drive the business as well as your own careers. The journey encompasses live-faculty led sessions as well as peer learning and practical application; a key component of the course is the use of teach-back sessions that can help cascade key takeaways to your own teams, so you can amplify the impact of the course. This Director level program will meet the following key objectives: ❖ Develop leadership and business competencies to increase capacity and confidence incurrent roles and prepare leaders for functional or organization leadership roles. ❖ Provide a referable toolbox of negotiations, driving change and adaptive leadership, strategic enterprise thinking and dynamic execution best practices to draw upon as the women advance in their roles ❖ Increase the number of Alnylam women on track for succession planning ❖ Increase program participants’ work impact at Alnylam ❖ Strengthen leadership support for the Director-level female participants in the program
