The UC Finance Leadership Program aims to cultivate a new generation of leaders within the University of California system, equipping participants with the necessary skills and frameworks to navigate the complexities of finance leadership in higher education. Consisting of two 3-day modules held 10 weeks apart at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, this program provides a comprehensive blend of theoretical insights and practical applications.
Participants will engage with faculty and industry experts through interactive sessions focusing on essential leadership competencies. The curriculum is designed to enhance participants' understanding of leadership dynamics, improve communication strategies, foster collaboration, engage in networking with UC peers, and develop innovative problem-solving skills.
