The future energy landscape may look significantly different than it does today. The Product Strategy Leadership Program will explore that future, imagining alternative future scenarios and the actions SLB might take in each. With that as context, we will examine SLB’s current portfolio, including NPD, as they relate to four areas of interest: water management, enhanced recovery, production optimization and plug and abandonment. We will explore each area from the perspectives of customers and other stakeholders in that area, design possible customer experiences that SLB might create, and then further adjust and develop associated investment portfolios. We will close by exploring organizational adaptations that may be needed as we evolve SLB's role in the future energy landscape.
