Business Innovation International Programme

This week-long program focuses on the practices of sustainable innovation and includes working with exponential change and uncertainty. Participants learned how to detect future trends using current emerging signals. These elements drive the design thinking cycle that they used in future thinking to imagine sustainable human-centered solutions to the global climate change crisis. Program Objectives: • Experiential learning of processes and tools to solve complex problems in the face of significant uncertainty, incomplete information and rapid change. • Gain fluency and practice in the problem-solving methodologies of Design Thinking and innovation. • Learn the essential tools and processes of foresight work including detecting future trends using current emerging signals. • Gain experience solving sustainability challenges based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals framework.
