Abbott BAC Inclusive Leadership Program

The Inclusive Leadership Program for Abbott BAC leaders will aim to build cultural leadership competence and shift their individual and collective mindset. After all, equity fluent leadership at its core requires a shift in mindset. We will seek to answer what an inclusive culture looks like and help participants understand the role they play in building it. Understanding why we tend to exclude, how to exhibit empathy, and what it takes to create a safe workplace for all is as important to a company executing on its goals as any other conventional metric. These will all be of primary importance in our program. Professor Kellie McElhaney will also walk your leaders through what to do when conversations get tough and courage is required so that they can be proactive, articulate, well informed, and more confident in this area.
