The Berkeley Transformative CHRO Leadership Program, co-led by Laszlo Bock

Christina Kalat

The Berkeley Transformative CHRO Leadership Program co-led by Laszlo Bock prepares HR executives to build credibility as leaders skilled at managing change and making a significant impact both within their organizations and the HR field. This program benefits from the joint expertise of Laszlo Bock, a transformative HR leader, and Berkeley Haas professors Jenny Chatman and Sameer Srivastava. Their research focuses on organizational culture, design, and the employee experience, ensuring a well-rounded and forward-thinking educational framework for future CHROs.

Through dynamic in-person and online sessions, the faculty team will focus on four core areas vital to becoming a transformative CHRO:

(1) Grounding in science, analytics, and technology

(2) Elite consulting skills

(3) HR expertise on key topics

(4) Mentorship from sitting CHROs at various companies

Aspiring CHROs will leave the program with the confidence to excel in the CHRO role as a partner to the CEO, a driver of organizational change, and a rigorous analyst of the impact of HR initiatives.
