The Diversity and Belonging Team Equity Fluent Leadership Academy is a 1.5 day program run by Berkeley Executive Education with world-renown faculty from the University of California, Berkeley. The program focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion training designed for visionary business leaders who aspire to advance equity and inclusion at work and drive lasting change for the benefit of others, their organizations, and the broader community. Key Learning Objectives: • Increase knowledge sharing by enabling the leaders to bring research and insights into the work they do with Airbnb leaders, increasing their ability to make data driven decisions • Enable the participants to take ownership, operationalize and build a collective mindset and approach • Create a space for the team to level set in terms of understanding, skill, and common approach • Leverage D&B Councils and promoters • Build resiliency in team, and translate to broader organization
