Adaptive Sales Leadership Program

Ultimate Kronos Group Sales Leadership Program with Berkeley Executive Education led by Faculty Director, Homa Bahrami, will empower emerging and existing high performers with a new leadership playbook. Results from Dr. Bahrami’s proprietary Adaptive DNA self-survey will be used to highlight participants’ current approaches to leadership in times of uncertainty and change. From there, attendees will acquire the necessary tools required to lead with agility and flexibility. Additional UC Berkeley faculty members will use of ground-breaking research, group discussion and innovative exercises to educate and elevate participant’s abilities to coach, motivate and form alignment with others in the organization. Dr. Homa Bahrami will tie a red thread throughout all faculty led sessions to ensure learnings result in individualized and advanced leadership toolkits.
