The Business Management Pathway will be a highly experiential track, designed to build on the new GDP design, which include Phase 1 (8 weeks of Work Readiness content) and Phase 2 (12 weeks of classroom training + 2 weeks of foundational level training for Specialty Pathways + Action Learning + Assessment week) for 165 Graduate Development Program participants.
