JLABS Investor Board Meeting Program

JLABS is seeking an early stage investment and board of director training program so that its leaders can make smart investment decisions and govern with confidence. Through cases, guest speakers, and practitioner panels, Faculty Director, Toby Stuart, will provide a range of tools for leaders to determine early stage valuations, negotiate term sheets with confidence, and protect themselves from dilution. The course will better prepare JLABS leaders for future start up investments as well as the advisory board roles they are expected to assume.
