The Business Management Track is a survey of foundational business skills, including strategy, finance, leadership, marketing, and operations management that align with the PIF Values of Effective Vision, Efficient Transformation, Earned Trust and Personal Accountability, and the PIF Code of Conduct + alignment with UC Berkeley Haas School of Business Defining Principles of Student Always, Question the Status Quo, Confidence without Attitude and Beyond Yourself
The program will engage participants in a rigorous hybrid program where all will learn and grow, and which will identify the top students and make them “job ready” at the end of the course. Additionally, it will provide the core foundational elements that will provide a broad spectrum of business school theory and practice to the selected participants.
Anchor these foundational elements, theories and principles into PIF contextualization and work-related projects, exercises, and simulations, reinforcing how these learnings may be applied at PIF, aligning with the PIF LPAR Framework - Learn, Practice, Apply and Reflect.
Give participants the mindset, foundational skills and knowledge for future success at PIF which will enable them to move from “student” to “active, engaged and highly contributing PIF team member” when they successfully complete the Training Academy.
Enable participants to learn how to drive and introduce key strategies around innovation and identifying new opportunities at PIF.
Align participants to the Vision 2030 by integrating into the early curriculum, and how to identify and champion change in both PIF and the country.
