Impactful Leaders Program: Disruptive Leadership Module

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development (MBRCLD) and UC Berkeley will partner to design a comprehensive program and immersive learning experience for 35 senior executive leaders of Dubai, selected from government, non-government and private sectors, to accelerate fulfillment of their outstanding leadership potential. Through a blend of highly experiential workshops in Dubai, an immersive module at UC Berkeley and its surrounding Bay Area/Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem, and virtual program elements, this is one module in the one-year program that will inspire and transform Dubai’s most promising future leaders. Overall Objective: Develop leaders that create impact, learn fast, and bring continuous innovation.
