Equinor Project Executive Program

Equinor has partnered with UC Berkeley Executive Education for over 12 years of the Project Executive program. As Project Executives, you have a key role in driving project success and developing Equinor’s diverse and global portfolio of energy projects. The module in Berkeley is focused on Innovation and Change, which builds upon the modules in Norway (and virtually) on the corporate context and external perspectives. Overall, the objective of the program is to accelerate the development of project leaders and prepare you for succeeding in a volatile and unpredictable world. The goals for the week in Berkeley are all linked to the Equinor Leadership profile of Shape, Empower, Deliver and specifically to enable you as leaders to: - Drive innovation & change & enable focused execution - Lead flexible & agile teams & influence, critical stakeholders, in a global context - Become an inspirational leader with a flexible, open mindset
